Investment event in Azerbaijan attracts new investment and deals
The second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum has opened in Baku, 25 September 2026.

Baku is hosting the second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum (AIIF 2026) and it’s attracting more interest this year, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prime Minister told AnewZ. “The agenda is very impressive. More guests, more interest,” he said.
“The Ministry of Economy is dealing with the investment contracts that will be signed during this conference, because some of them are still under consideration and they are still being discussed between the relevant government bodies and international investors and international institutions,” he added
The event promotes new areas for investment and cooperation, expands Azerbaijan’s role in regional economic connectivity and contributes to the implementation of promising projects.
The second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum is taking place at The Convention Center in Baku from 25-26 September 2026.

AIIF 2026 is being held under the patronage of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, bringing together leading global investors, representatives of state institutions and international financial institutions and business leaders.

Organised through a partnership between the Ministry of Economy and TEHA Group and The European House – Ambrosetti, the forum’s them is “Rebuilding Trust in a Fragmented World: The South Caucasus as a Pillar of Global Connectivity and Investment Stability.”
The forum serves as an important platform for establishing new partnerships, attracting investment and creating new economic opportunities.
Various sessions are highlighting the impact of global economic and geopolitical developments on economic growth and investment, Azerbaijan’s strategic position in this context, regional connectivity and investment opportunities and prospects for cooperation across various sectors.
A number of cooperation agreements are expected between Azerbaijani entities and various foreign companies and partners.
