Saturday talks between Iran and the U.S. have been postponed

Ukraine's parliament will ratify within the next few weeks a deal with the United States on developing minerals, First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko said on Thursday.
"We want to ratify it as soon as possible. So we plan to do it within the coming weeks," Svyrydenko told an online briefing.
