Turkish military cargo plane crash in Georgia
All 20 military personnel aboard a Turkish Air Force C-130 Hercules cargo plane were killed when the aircraft crashed near the Azerbaijan-Georgia border on 11 November. The C-130E plane had taken off from Ganja International Airport in Azerbaijan at 10:19 UTC and was en route back to Türkiye when it crashed in Georgia's Sighnaghi municipality.
Video footage aired on news outlets appeared to show the aircraft spiralling down and leaving a trail of white smoke. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan expressed deep sadness and offered condolences to the families of those killed.
