Russia and Ukraine are coordinating dates for a new negotiation round in Istanbul, with both sides awaiting timeline proposals, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
He emphasized there are no obstacles in the process, only that both sides are finalizing timeline proposals. Regarding a memorandum outlining their peace treaty visions, Peskov said Russia has not publicly discussed its contents to avoid harming negotiations.
