Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has announced the upcoming release of a documentary film about Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"Very soon, the [state-run] Rossiya TV channel will air a documentary about Vladimir Putin,” Peskov said, adding that the film will be dedicated to his 25 years of his presidency.
The documentary titled "Russia. The Kremlin. Putin. 25 Years" will be broadcasted on 4th May, according to tass.com.
Peskov encouraged everyone to watch the documentary marking "an important milestone" as "25 years have passed since Putin became Putin in our country," he explained.
May 7 holds symbolic significance for Vladimir Putin, as it marks the day he was first inaugurated in 2000 and, after a four-year break, resumed the presidency on the same date in 2012.
