Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni is set to make an official visit to Kazakhstan from April 26 to 27, at the invitation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
According to Akorda's press service, she will participate in the first Central Asia–Italy summit, scheduled to take place in Astana on April 27.
"During the high-level talks, the parties plan to discuss the prospects for the development of the Kazakh–Italian strategic partnership," the statement noted.
