Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Israel, Jeyhun Bayramov and Gideon Sa'ar, met in Abu Dhabi to explore ways to deepen cooperation and address key regional developments.
The talks focused on strengthening ties in political, economic, trade, investment, and humanitarian sectors.
Both sides emphasized the importance of the Azerbaijan-Israel Joint Commission in advancing collaboration across key areas, including high technologies, healthcare, and education. The ministers agreed that expanding experience-sharing and innovation partnerships would be mutually beneficial.
During the meeting, Bayramov briefed Sa’ar on the post-conflict situation in the South Caucasus, including Azerbaijan’s reconstruction activities in the liberated territories and progress in mine clearance operations. He also updated the Israeli side on the ongoing peace negotiations with Armenia.
The two ministers reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing multilateral cooperation and addressing shared regional challenges through dialogue and strategic partnership.
