"The final report on the tragic crash of Azerbaijan Airlines flight J2-8243 near Aktau will be published by December, said Talgat Lastaev, vice minister of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, during a government briefing on Tuesday.
In accordance with standards, and recommended practices of the International Civil Aviation Organization, a one-year period is allotted for the investigation. Therefore, the final investigation report is expected to be completed by December of this year, Kazinform reported refering to Lastayev.
