The second day of the international conference on Islamophobia has started in Baku, focusing on unveiling biases and combating discrimination.
Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, welcomed the Azerbaijani delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev, who is in Iran to co-chair the 16th session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Trade, and Humanitarian Cooperation between the two nations, according to Report.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the current state and future potential of Azerbaijan-Iran relations.
They emphasized the significance of strengthening collaboration in various areas, including economic, transport, energy, trade, investment, and humanitarian efforts, as well as ongoing joint initiatives.
