The agreement was signed on April 24 during President Sadyr Zhaparov's state visit to Azerbaijan. The signing took place in Baku, cementing commitments made between the Government of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan’s Cabinet of Ministers.
The ratification of this agreement is expected to strengthen bilateral ties and streamline migration processes for both countries.
