"President Xi looks at the approximate 84 million potential consumers within the grouping of the Stans," said Kavaulich.
"What he can bring to these countries is what the members of the G7 and including the Russian Federation, can't, he can bring the cheque book and that cheque book has money in it. He can deliver infrastructure funds, he can deliver to consumers in these countries cell phones and electric vehicles, clothing, other technologies," added Kavaulich.
