Police in Colorado are responding to an attack at the Pearl Street Mall that has left several victims, according to local authorities.

A man reportedly set people on fire leaving 8 individuals injured. A suspect is in custody.

The incident took place at the intersection of 13th Street and Pearl Street in Boulder. The area, a popular outdoor pedestrian zone lined with shops and restaurants, is being evacuated across several blocks.

FBI Director Kash Patel said the incident is being investigated as a "targeted terror attack."
