Norway's Crown Prince makes a historic visit to Ukraine, showing strong solidarity. His trip includes meetings, memorial visits, and aid program oversight.

Norway's Crown Prince Haakon arrived in Ukraine, becoming the first member of the Norwegian royal family to visit the country since the full-scale war began. Accompanied by Energy Minister Terje Aasland, he was welcomed by Norwegian and Ukrainian officials upon arrival.

During the trip, the crown prince is set to meet local leaders and inspect aid projects funded by Norway’s Nansen Program, which has pledged $20 billion in military and civilian assistance through 2030. He also paid tribute at a memorial for fallen soldiers and visited wounded troops in a hospital. The Royal House of Norway emphasized that the visit reflects Norway’s ongoing support for Ukraine.
