Ukrainian authorities are unwilling to engage in talks to resolve the conflict with Russia, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with ABC News.
“They are not ready for immediate negotiations,” Peskov stated, adding that Russian President Vladimir Putin supported the idea of a ceasefire but raised several questions in response to the proposal.
Peskov also noted that, for now, “Russian troops are advancing in quite a confident way.”
