Azerbaijan and Vietnam formalized a strategic partnership as President Ilham Aliyev and Communist Party leader To Lam signed key agreements in Baku.
On May 7, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, participated in a signing ceremony to solidify bilateral ties.
The ceremony included the signing of a Joint Statement on the Establishment of a Strategic Partnership between Azerbaijan and Vietnam.
Additionally, the leaders oversaw the exchange of several bilateral agreements aimed at enhancing cooperation across diverse sectors.
