A number of Ukrainian cities have declared April 14 a day of mourning for the victims of the Russian missile strikes on Sumy, and national flags will be flown at half-mast in Ukrainian diplomatic institutions abroad.
In the Sumy urban territorial community, days of mourning have been declared for April 14, 15, and 16.
