Russian authorities say air defence units destroyed 11 Ukrainian drones overnight across several border regions, including Rostov, with no reported injuries.
Russia’s defence ministry announced on Sunday that its air defence systems intercepted and destroyed 11 Ukrainian drones overnight.
According to the ministry’s statement on Telegram, the drones were neutralized over the border regions of Kursk and Belgorod, as well as in the southern Rostov region.
Yuri Slyusar, the acting governor of Rostov, confirmed that no injuries were reported. However, he noted that debris from the downed drones had fallen on administrative buildings in one of the districts.
