Thailand's Constitutional Court on Friday dismissed a petition aimed at preventing billionaire and former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra from influencing the operations of the ruling Pheu Thai party.
Thaksin, a prominent political figure and father of Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra, has consistently denied exerting control over the Pheu Thai party since his return in 2023 after 15 years of self-imposed exile.
