A Russian oil terminal was struck by drones overnight, Ukrainian media reported. In Ukraine, a 70-year-old woman died after a Russian drone hit an apartment block in the port city of Kherson, while three others were injured in a drone attack on a village in northeastern Ukraine, officials said.
Drones hit an oil terminal in the southern Russian city of Novorossiysk overnight, Ukrainian newspaper The Kyiv Independent has reported, citing monitoring channels.
Andrey Kravchenko, Novorossiysk Mayor, confirmed on Telegram that drone strikes have occurred, warning residents to take shelter in windowless rooms or basements.
Novorossiysk, a frequent target of Ukrainian drone strikes, is a major outlet for Russian oil, oil products and grain exports, among other commodities.
