The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has extended his warm congratulations to Chinese President Xi Jinping on the occasion of the Chinese New Year, as marked by the Chinese lunar calendar.
In his congratulatory message, President Aliyev expressed his wishes for the Spring Festival, or Chun Jie, a celebration symbolising the awakening of nature and the renewal of life, to bring prosperity, joy, and well-being to the Chinese people.
The Azerbaijani President also highlighted the progress in Azerbaijan-China relations, noting the elevation of bilateral ties to a strategic partnership.
