Israeli airstrikes and gunfire have killed at least 59 Palestinians across Gaza, including families in the Nuseirat refugee camp and displaced individuals in tents, as reported by Gaza hospitals.

Hospitals are struggling under the bombardment, with major facilities like Shifa and Helou facing accessibility and supply issues, and some clinics destroyed or shut down. Amid escalating humanitarian concerns, food and water shortages plague Gaza City, where over 300,000 have fled while hundreds of thousands remain trapped.

As international pressure mounts for a ceasefire and hostage deal, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu remains defiant, stating the war must continue, reiterating this stance at the U.N. General Assembly, a speech boycotted by several delegates. Families of hostages are urging action, including appeals to U.S. President Donald Trump, who is expected to meet Netanyahu soon and has expressed optimism about a possible resolution.
