Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Monday marked the anniversary of the liberation of Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, from enemy occupation.
In a social media message, Erdoğan congratulated the people of Azerbaijan and honored those who took part in the city’s liberation.
