Rescue teams in Palghar town, near India’s financial capital of Mumbai, dug through rubble on Thursday to find survivors, according to officials.
"In this incident, 9 people have been injured, they are being treated. 15 people have died. The residents here are claiming that 2 people are missing and rescue operations are on to find them," said Sanjay Hirwade, a senior official in the area.
