Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar arrived in Kyiv on Tuesday, marking the first official visit by a top Israeli diplomat to Ukraine in more than two years.
Israeli media described the trip as a “diplomatic visit,” though no further details have been shared about his agenda or how long he will stay.
Sa’ar is the highest-ranking Israeli official to travel to Ukraine since February 2023, when Eli Cohen, the foreign minister at the time, made a similar trip.
