U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly asked Ukraine's president if he could strike Moscow using U.S.-supplied long range weapons. The conversation allegedly followed a separate call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelenskyy reportedly happend on the 4th of July.

The reports claim the conversation happened just a day after Trump spoke with President Putin. Trump also discussed the potential delivery of U.S.-made ATACMS missiles (long-range, guided missile) to Ukraine.

The White House has not commented on the claims.

Trump reportedly expressed disappointment in his call with Putin, believing the Russian leader showed no intention of ending the war in Ukraine.
