Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Wednesday that his meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump focused primarily on efforts to secure the release of hostages held in Gaza. He also reiterated his commitment to dismantling Hamas's military and governing capabilities.
Netanyahu noted that the two leaders discussed the implications of what he described as a "great victory over Iran"- a topic raised during his third visit to the U.S. since Trump assumed his second term on 20 January.
