“Seven individuals remain unaccounted for. First responders and investigators are working closely with the property owner to determine their whereabouts,” confirmed the Esparto Fire Protection District and the State Fire Marshal’s Office in a joint statement.
Authorities believe the warehouse owner holds a valid pyrotechnic licence.
