The Agreement between the Governments of Azerbaijan and the Maldives, which exempts holders of diplomatic, service, and official passports from visa requirements, officially takes effect on June 18, 2025.
Azerbaijan and the Maldives have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations through enhanced cooperation in trade, tourism, and international diplomacy, following high-level talks at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
