A military plane crashed in the city of Kabudarahang, located in Iran’s Hamadan province, on Wednesday morning.
According to the province's deputy governor for political and security affairs, the crash occurred around 10:30 a.m. local time. Both pilots successfully ejected from the aircraft before the crash, sustaining only minor injuries. They were promptly taken to nearby medical centers for treatment.
Kabudarahang is situated about 60 kilometers northwest of Hamadan city, the provincial capital. Authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
