Who is he?

What is he being charged with?
On September 16th, he was arrested by federal agents in New York. He has been charged with sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, and racketeering conspiracy.
On September 17th, he pleaded not guilty. However, new lawsuits continue to emerge, and since his detention, more people have come forward to speak out.
