"Many people worked on the gingerbread village in the evenings after seven, coming from work, often working with us until midnight", Szabo said.
The shopping list for the gingerbread village included 70 kilos (154 lb) of flour, 20 kilos of icing sugar, 20 kilos of honey and 220 eggs as well as other ingredients, one of the creators said.
