China's customs authority announced on Wednesday that it has lifted the ban on poultry imports from Argentina, effective March 17, 2025.
Argentina had suspended poultry exports in February 2023 after detecting Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in commercial poultry. In response, China imposed a ban in March 2023.
