A major issue has emerged with the operation of Visa and Mastercard payment systems in Ukraine, as reported by Ukrainian media.
According to Kyiv-24 TV, card payments are currently unavailable in supermarkets across Kyiv, and ATMs are out of service.
Strana also reports similar problems in other cities, where card payments for purchases are not functioning in supermarkets. However, money transfers through electronic apps remain operational.
No official statement on the situation has been released yet.
