A tropical storm in Madagascar has claimed three lives, the National Office for Risk and Disaster Management reported on Monday. Tropical Storm Diclede caused severe weather in the Sava region, impacting nearly 1,000 people.
According to Mehr News Agency, citing the Associated Press, the storm hit the Vohimar area in northern Madagascar with winds reaching 130 km/h and gusts up to 180 km/h.
