Azerbaijan and Türkiye sign sister-city agreement at WUF13

Azerbaijan’s city of Shusha and the Turkish city of Trabzon have signed a sister-city agreement during the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, expanding regional cooperation between the two countries.
