A series of drone attacks targeting multiple regions in western Russia were intercepted overnight, according to official reports shared by the country’s defence ministry.
Russia’s defence ministry announced on Monday that its air defence forces had destroyed 52 Ukrainian drones overnight.
According to a statement posted on social media, 33 of the drones were brought down over the Bryansk region, 10 over the Oryol region, with the remainder intercepted in the Kursk, Tula, Kaluga and Belgorod regions.
