China warns Manila against relying on EU in sea dispute
China has cautioned Manila, the capital of the Philippines, against relying on foreign support in the South China Sea dispute, following critical remarks from the EU.
A Philippine Air Force FA-50 fighter jet went missing during a Tactical Night Operations exercise early Tuesday, just minutes before reaching its target, local media reported.
Air Force officials lost contact with the jet after midnight, and despite repeated attempts, other aircraft in the exercise failed to re-establish communication. The number of crew members onboard and the exact location of the incident remain undisclosed.
