Russia says its forces seized Pokrovsk and Vovchansk
Russian commanders informed President Vladimir Putin that their forces have seized the frontline Ukrainian towns of Pokrovsk and Vovchansk, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.
