A ministerial meeting was held in the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi, for the implementation of the Agreement on Strategic Partnership in the Development and Transmission of Green Energy between Azerbaijan, Georgia, Hungary, and Romania.
Energy integration between Azerbaijan and Europe, along with opportunities to increase gas supplies was discussed during Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov’s visit to Slovenia, at the invitation of Minister of Environment, Climate and Energy Bojan Kumer.
Azerbaijan and the European Union have deepened discussions on the development of the Caspian-Black Sea-Europe green energy corridor, a strategic project set to enhance energy connectivity and diversify supply routes between Central Asia and Europe.
Bulgaria can play a key role in the development of the Green Energy Corridor project, - said Energy Minister, Zhecho Stankov, at the 10th ministerial meeting in connection with the strategic partnership agreement for the development and transmission of green energy.
