SOCAR and Syrian government sign memorandum of understanding in Baku

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on July 12 between the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic, during the working visit of Syria’s Transitional President Ahmad Al-Sharaa to Azerbaijan.
