Türkiye's Fidan raises prospect of future South Caucasus defence alliance
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has raised the possibility of establishing a future joint defence framework involving countries in the South Caucasus, as Azerbaijan and Armenia move towards a final peace agreement.
